Thank you for your help. Yes, I do have the pro version and because of the private content on the page I am not comfortable putting the link here.
I did find this error in the Error Log:

I think it is related to inviation codes. I have installed this on two sites and forgot that I didn’t enter the invitation codes into this site. I believe that is why the submit button is not working, however, that has raised a new issue.
I am not able to enter invitation codes into the raw codes box now. When I click in the box, nothing happens. I am not able to select Auto Generate Codes or Invite Through Email.

My workaround might be to have the video autoplay which would start the timer and video together.
