The only thing I could suggest, is going to your plugins directory via ftp and deleting the plugin folder for gigya, if obviously it was installed as a plugin. If not and you edited code, then remove said edited code.
I had a similar problem and fixed it by deleting the plugin folder, then moved over to the wibiyar bar myself.

There is no other way? because there is 24000 I need to import, that code was just a snippet, a very small snippet.
