So basically it’s totally waste of time to even try this and the plugin is here only for marketing purposes.

Yes, I did all those magic things could find from here and everywhere. But seems lika the problem has solved: simply tags got update and everything is just fine, sun is shining and the world is even roundare than yesterday 😉
So the bad guy was one plugin, not WordPress – sorry guys 😉

Still custom links like /%category%/%postname% go to first page. Back to old version.
