I compressed the images using the compress.photos website and I have also use the ewww image optimizer to further compress all of the images on my site, however, it is still slow, any advice? Perhaps would I need to compress the images even more? What size would you say they should be? Thank you so much

Thank you so much for your reply! I followed all of the steps and changed the .site-logo max height to 190px but the logo still stays the same size. I tried re-uploading the logo but it still stayed at the 100px. I also enabled myself to edit the style.css through my host provider but still nothing. When I view the actual website and inspect it through chrome, it says that the .site-logo max height is 100px. Even though I changed it, it hasn’t changed? Any ideas?
