I’ve solved the issue with your suggestions. Here’s what I did:
I added these lines to the wp-config file:
define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://silverunderground.com’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://lboogie.lineplot.com/scblog_pol/’);
Then, I found a phpMyAdmin plugin for WP. Basically, it just displays the WP tables from the SQL database. From here, I just changed the row called ‘siteurl’ in the ‘wp-options’ table.

I tried changing it from http://lboogie.lineplot.com/scblog_pol/ to http://www.silverunderground.com/
This broke everything and gave me a BSOD. I had to manually add something to the config file to hardcode the original back in because I couldnt access admin!
I don’t. Just the default Askimet and now a Tweetmeme. The issue was there before the Tweetmeme. 🙁
