In reply to: Can’t scroll down on website suddenlyGood question. I just tried on Google Chrome and it scrolls just fine. I don’t have any plugins or extensions on my Safari browser and that seems to be the one that doesn’t want to scroll. Also – I have two separate computers with Safari – one with High Sierra and one with Mojave. Both updated and both don’t scroll.

Just when I was going through other support questions – I also came to that conclusion too. The web service must have reset the server and NOT informed any of their clients because my client never got an email. That’s pretty lame business if you ask me. Thanks so much for your reply. I’m going to ask them what happened.
