Our plugin doesn’t have the option to import ALT texts in bulk. You can use our Content AI module to generate ALT texts in bulk: https://rankmath.com/kb/generate-alt-text-with-content-ai/

You can also use the Image SEO module to add the missing ALT texts on the front end: https://rankmath.com/kb/set-alt-and-title-attributes-for-images/

If you want to import the ALT texts using the CSV file, you can check the following plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/alttag-csv-importer/

Please note that Elementor templates are treated as a separate post type. The metadata you add to a template is stored in the database for that template itself. It isn’t transferred to the page where the template is applied. Therefore, you’ll need to add the metadata directly to the actual page.

Also, the content you add within the template is only displayed on the front end. It isn’t stored in the database as part of the page’s content, which is why our plugin can’t use it when generating the SEO score for that page. This is a limitation when the content isn’t added directly to the page but through a template.

We apologize for the experience you had with our support so far.

Since we can’t reproduce the issue on our end, it must be related to a plugin or specific setting on your site. To figure that out, we will need to check the sitemap at the time of the error while logged in to your site. We can understand that you can’t leave the sitemap with an error and wait for our team to check and fix it.

So, when the error appears again, visit the sitemap source(view-source:https://yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml), scroll to the bottom where the additional content is present, take a screenshot, and share it with us so we can investigate this further.

WP Multilang has already added compatibility for our plugin. We checked on our end and the sitemap works fine.

For initial troubleshooting, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:

1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.

add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

We released a quick Beta update with a fix for this issue. You can wait for the stable version or follow the steps mentioned below to enable beta updates on your site:

Please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.

You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
