We had moved all helper function from mythemeshop package to plugin in Oct 2023. The users facing the issue are using a very old version of the PRO plugin. If they have a PRO plan, they can use the following guide to update the PRO plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
If they don’t have a PRO plan, then you should recommend them to remove the PRO plugin from the site.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta > Authors and enable the Author Archives option and save the settings. The issue should be fixed after that.

mythemeshop/wordpress-helperspackage in the latest version, as it’s no longer used in the plugin. If you have a PRO subscription, please update the PRO plugin to the latest version to fix the issue. The purpose of images included in the sitemap is to inform Google about images that are part of a page’s actual content. That’s why our plugin only includes images added directly to the category description and the category’s featured image.
Images used inside posts are included in the post-sitemap.xml instead. Since those images are not part of the category page’s own content, it’s not recommended to include them in the category sitemap.

WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transientsPlease clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.

Our plugin doesn’t require Yoast’s tables. You can remove them manually from the database.

Please also share a screenshot of the keyword density test and the URL and focus keyword of the same page.Looking forward to helping you.
