In reply to: Cannot access dashboardI have done the full update and I have even gone and disabled the plugins once again. but I a still getting the same message.
Could it have anything to do with the fact that this is a copy site. Does the error message contain any clues?

In reply to: Cannot access dashboardI have tried that. Still no joy. I had originally stupidly transferred the ZIP folder without unzipping. However I have now transferred the unzipped version, but I am still getting the same message!
Any further thoughts?

Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.
Dare I say it I have tried both, but neither appear to have worked?
I changed the name of plugins to plugins.hold
Reset that and then tried the update as suggested. However, I may not be doing this correctly. I have updated the file into the folder. Do I need to do anything else with it?
