Currently we don’t have the feature to dynamically add fields on the form. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

If you need to exclude the JS file used by WPForms for caching, please exclude
/wp-content/plugins/wpforms/assets/js/wpforms.js.I hope this helps.

I apologize as customizations like this is outside of our scope for support. In case you’d like to look into custom development options, we highly recommend using Codeable.
I would like to mention however, that in our Pro version, the Entry Management feature (stories the entries) comes by default. If you like to know more, please drop us a line through our contact page.
