Hello @shdehnavi,
Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing with reCaptcha.
I checked your site and I could see this error in the console:
Uncaught (in promise) Error: reCAPTCHA has already been rendered in this element
Can you please try to enable the No-Conflict Mode setting in WPForms > Settings > CAPTCHA and see if it fixes the issue?
Or, kindly try to check if your site’s theme/plugin is already adding the ReCaptcha keys, and please disable them.
I hope this helps.
Hi @awanderer1,
Sorry to hear that you’ve received spam!
In WPForms Lite, we have a built-in anti-spam option which is enabled by default in the form builder > Settings > General (see screenshot here).
We also have integration with Google’s free reCAPTCHA service. In case it helps, here’s a detailed tutorial on how to set up reCAPTCHA in WPForms.
And if you’d prefer not to use reCAPTCHA, we have another anti-spam protection feature, hCaptcha. This is a good option if you’d prefer not to sign up for Google’s reCAPTCHA service. Within your forms, hCaptcha will display a checkbox asking users to prove they’re human (much like Google’s v2 Checkbox reCAPTCHA). We have a detailed guide for setting up hCaptcha.
Alternatively, you can consider the third-party plugins such as WordPress Zero Spam or Spam protection, AntiSpam, FireWall by CleanTalk which work out of the box to protect your forms against spam.
Hope this helps!
Hello @dtyfrm,
We currently do not have the feature to automatically skip to a field after a selection is done in another field. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
Thank you for the suggestion!
Hi @einarmjoe,
Currently, we don’t have the feature to have the multi-page form automatically switch to another page upon selecting an option of a field. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
Thank you for the suggestion!
Hello @mahshidsafari,
Thanks for writing in!
Although we currently do not have a full-blown form style editor. You should definitely be able to style your forms by adding some custom CSS to your site.
In case it helps, we have a guide here that shows some form designs and CSS codes that you can simply copy and paste to your site.
And in case it helps, please check this comprehensive guide on how to style WPForms for beginners.
I hope this helps you get started and please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.
Thank you.
Hi @whomadewhat,
Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
We had a user who got the same error and the error was caused by a third-party plugin conflict. When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
Hello @mourinor6207,
I checked with our development team and they mentioned that based on the code you have included in your initial post, it looks like the warning message might be coming from there:
<?php if (isset($_POST)) { function checksum($number) { $number_checksum = "; foreach (str_split(strrev((string)$number)) as $i => $d) { $number_checksum .= $i % 2 !== 0 ? $d * 2 : $d; } return array_sum(str_split($number_checksum)) % 10 === 0; }Specifically in the line
$number_checksum = ";Can you please try to fix that line of code and see if the warning message still appears?
Thank you.
I hope this helps.
Hi @pablomassa,
Definitely! And thanks for bringing this up. This has been reported to our development team so that they can look into it for future release. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
Thanks!
Hello @mhastings01,
Thanks for writing in!
It is most likely caused by a CSS added by your theme that is adding the unnecessary checkboxes. When you get the chance, can you please provide us with the URL to the page where we can find the form so that we can check it?
Thank you.
Hi @robertmaynord,
Thanks for writing in.
You’re right, it should be the same case for Cloudflare. But you will have bypass the pages where the forms are found so that the scripts on the page will not get affected causing the issue.
I hope this helps.

Hi @goofychas,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.
To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.
If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.
To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
I hope this helps 🙂
