@touscany I de-activated the plugin via web-hosting when the error first occurred. The site is up and running, but we need the gift cards!

Sorry! I found what the issue was-
I have added her as a WordPress users – Level contributor
Go to ShiftController and Import From WordPress setting Contributor as Admin, but since I have BuddyPress and she is set as a “Participant” in that it overrode and set her as “Staff”
I changed her users level in Buddy Press and it is now working!
