Hey, looks like in the end it was Woocommerce problem. After Woocommerce integration it changed all defoult colors and many more. The key in not messing up your site was hidden in ‘Customize store’ button in Woocommerce plugin setup -> simply dont press it 😀 And install backup plugin as one of the first plugins you can possibly install 😀
