Unfortunately i’m also experiencing this issue in the same way that you are. I’m also on version 4.9.6.

@elistry2 When a customer cancels a subscription that still have time remaining on it the subscription status will change to “Pending Cancellation” and then switch to “Cancelled” when the month is up. The customer should still have access to features in “Pending Cancellation” status I believe.
