Went back and looked at my wp-config.php file and found I had added ‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’ and even commented it with my initials.
I have disabled all of my plugins but still have gotten the cron jobs appended several times in the last few days.

I manually copied all of the directories and SQL databases over to the new sit. It was a real pain but and everything is working now.
That did the trick. Thank you
