In reply to: [Sales Manager For WooCommerce] sales lost after products importSkipping the fields would be a functionality of your stock/price import plugin, my suggestion would be to contact them and ask them how to import only the stock value and not the price.
About adding new products, there are 2 situations:
– if you have a sale that is already running, then adding a new product after that won’t add it to the sale.
– if you have scheduled a sale but it hasn’t started yet, the new product will be included in the sale when it’s launched.I hope this helps 🙂

In reply to: [Sales Manager For WooCommerce] sales lost after products importHi there!
I am not sure, but it sounds like the product stock import plugin is also overwriting the price/sale price (not just the stock amount), which would be a very reasonable explanation as to why the sales disappear every time the stocks are updated.
I hope this helps! 🙂
I just realized what I described above is actually the expected process, but because we are using the “NextMove” custom thank you page plugin, the crypto payment information isn’t shown on the thank you page. Is this plugin incompatible with NextMove?
Is there a way to get the payment to go through before going to the thank you page? (which is the standard process for paying with Paypal, stripe, etc).
Thanks!
Thanks I will check it out!
Hi John,
Have you been able to add the filter/action? 🙂
Thanks for your reply!
I see.. I’m adding the images on the WooCommerce edit product page. It’s strange because it worked fine until the latest update 🙁
Thanks, but it turns out we are also getting this error when uploading images to woocommerce products through the media library, in our admin panel. Any ideas?
It seems we are getting this error when inserting the images as attachments programmatically. Otherwise, we aren’t getting the error when manually adding images to the media library. Any suggestions? 🙂
Thanks for your reply. The error went away when I disabled WP Rocket, so it seems to be related to WP Rocket – I will contact their support.

In reply to: [Sales Manager For WooCommerce] Stops at 5Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that it wasn’t working for you. We have now updated the plugin to v2.0 and this should be fixed, all the processes should now be done in the background and you don’t need to keep your browser tab open while launching a % sale anymore (in addition to many new enhancements)! Feel free to check it out. If you encounter any further issues, please drop us an Email or open a thread in the Support section. Thanks! 🙂Forum: Plugins
