• It seems like every time i update by woocommerce importer stock, all sales got lost.
Is there any reload function, which reapplies sales after a while or is there any bug?
i had to reschedule all sales and stop my script which updates stocks every few hours…

    Thanks for prompt support.

    Hi there!

I am not sure, but it sounds like the product stock import plugin is also overwriting the price/sale price (not just the stock amount), which would be a very reasonable explanation as to why the sales disappear every time the stocks are updated.

    I hope this helps! 🙂

is there a way to skip those fields?
i mean i thought that empty field would be enough…

one thing more when adding new products to a brand will it apply sale rule?

    Thanks

Skipping the fields would be a functionality of your stock/price import plugin, my suggestion would be to contact them and ask them how to import only the stock value and not the price.

About adding new products, there are 2 situations:
    – if you have a sale that is already running, then adding a new product after that won’t add it to the sale.
    – if you have scheduled a sale but it hasn’t started yet, the new product will be included in the sale when it’s launched.

    I hope this helps 🙂

Could you please try disabling and re-enabling the plugin and seeing what happens then?
