Thank you for the quick reply. That seems pretty much impossible for 1000+ subscribers :/
Is there a way to create a copy of the Stripe plugin and deactivate the “old” one? That would keep charging the renewals from old subscription. Then a new copy plugin would have new API keys and would take care of all new subscriptions and renewals?

OK that figures. I installed it under the sprout-invoices/add-ons/ as there was no docs or instructions about this anywhere to be found… 🙁 What made it more confusing was that after adding the files to sprout-invoices/add-ons/ it was enabled in the “Add-ons” tab, giving the impression that it’s the correct place for it.
Now it works. Thank you!
