Hi again,

I’ve read the info.
But sadly, I couldn’t find any help regarding my situation.

I need to transfer all my files in wordpress.com to my new hosting service provider.

My problem is I can’t manage any file ( don’t know where and how) to access to all my files in wordpress.com so that i can create a copy and a back up to be transferred to the new hosting service provider.

So, if i can;t access to the files in wordpress.com, then how can i transfer it to the new host?
