Hi @kattouf,
It wouldn’t be possible to do that when exporting orders with our free plugins, but it might be possible if you export the subscription items themselves. We don’t currently have an integration with WooCommerce Subscriptions, though, so it might take some custom code to make it work as needed.
This is not an issue in the free version, it is an issue that can happen if you attempt to install the Pro version while the Free version is already active.
I can see that we’ve followed up a couple of times via email, let’s continue the discussion there to avoid confusion and keep everything in one place.
Hi @alkenia,
We can only provide support for the free version on this forum. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hey @coroleu,
Im trying to export products using custom query but this give me an error
That’s strange, I tried your query on my test site and it worked. Can you send me the error it gives you, and provide a screenshot of it?

Hi @faisal95bd,
We don’t support multilingual imports ourselves, so I’d suggest asking the WPML team for advice on this. They have much more experience with projects like this.
Also, they have an article on exporting and importing multilingual data at https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-export-and-import/ that should be helpful, but it looks like you’d have to purchase the add-ons.

Hi @pipoulito,
Can you please post those columns and the data in them, in CSV format, from at least one of the records in your file? I need to see it to understand it. You can use dummy data if you’d like to avoid the real data being on this public forum, just put it in the same format as it is in your file.

Hi @pipoulito,
Just so I fully understand the data, are you saying a record might contain elements like this:
<monday>Morning,Afternoon,Evening</monday>
<tuesday>Afternoon</tuesday>
<wednesday>Morning,Evening</wednesday>And, you want to import these hierarchies from those:
Monday > Morning|Monday > Afternoon|Monday > Evening|Tuesday > Afternoon|Wednesday > Morning|Wednesday > EveningWhere “|” separates each hierarchy group.
Is that correct, or did I misunderstand?
Hi @ceenee,
Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a free ACF add-on for exporting ACF data like that.

Hi @gazuots,
In section “What element are you looking for?” it also shows 3064 products, but 1627 Product elements will be imported. No filters or anything
Can you please send us the following so we can better understand this:
- A screenshot of where you’re seeing “3064 products, but 1627 Product elements will be imported”.
- A screenshot showing the version of WP All Import you’re using.
- The version number of libxml that your server is using (your host can help you with this if you’re not sure how to find it).
