Thanks a lot for trying to help – I’ve just gone back to the previous version of polylang for now and that’s fixed it. I might try again when they next update.
I’m here looking for a solution to another problem, but I might know the answer to this one:
zh_CN is for mainland China which uses simplified, zh_HK and zh_TW are for Hong Kong and Taiwan which both use traditional.
I’ve resolved the issue temporarily – there seems to be a conflict with Jetpack’s ‘publicise’, which I have simply left disabled now.
Thanks, but yes I’ve got things set right. I also tried using the english version menu on the chinese site and still get the same problem. I also tried disabling plugins, switching theme, same problem on the chinese site.
