The backup completed with warnings. Please see the latest log
After the backup completed, I was getting a popup, which I was able to clear by reloading the page. Please see the screenshot in the link above.

It looks like your suggestion worked. I replaced the backup.php file with the one you provided and the backup completed, with warnings.

Can you please explain what the warning is?
Would this particular backup act as a full restore?thanks!
