In reply to: EatingBritain.com – Launched! Thanks for the honest comments.
Still have more to do on the design, but to be honest, I have “lifted” layout structure, meaning, where things go e.g the sponsers..
Additionally, parts of the css are from all over the place as I am no good at coding css.
Finally, I emailed Mike in the process too.
As far as I am concerned, this is inspiration, and will develop over the next few days as thus far I have only spent a few hours on the site.
I do however thank you for your comments, it’s people like you that will help me craft my skills and make better designs in the future.
No I am not being sarcastic, I actually am thanking you. 🙂

In reply to: WordPress is killing AdsenseThe ads are context sensitive and show fine for me.
Where you are located can make a difference to what ads are served up.
WordPress does NOT kill your words at all. It is simply what google is deciding to serve up.
I have no idea why you keep arguing the point when we can all see them just fine to be honest.
Have you been to another computer at a different location, meaning not in the same street or building or on the same connection.
Try going via a proxy / anon browsing website and see what you get then.
The ads are fine. Dont worry. 🙂

PS, I am a search engine specialist of 7 years, its my job to know. I guess you are also aware that the media bot and google spider have been merged into one crawler. Though they visit straight away it can take time for the correct ads to start showing.Forum: Your WordPress
