We did purchase ET+, so, feel as though we should get some support on this issue. Yes, starting with 4.3.5 would give us a chance to get our site running. How can I get to those versions?

I am trying to put up a new site and have already purchase Event Tickets Plus. I need a version of the calendar that works with the latest tickets plus plugin.
I tried installing 4.3.5 of the calendar. That works, but, when I install the Tickets Plus plugin, it crashes.
We are now one week behind schedule getting the new site configured. Need a correction this week.
I just tried installing on a windows server and got this error:
