UK is deleted – I’ve only got Canada and USA left, yet the UK counties (?) are still showing up.
Thanks Rich – but when I untick use all, then I only have the option of selecting Canada or US, not both, regardless if I set shipping based on Country or province/county/state. Only shows one or the other.
