I have downgraded my wp to 4.6.1, and now I am able to configure my forms again.. Hope the plugin author considers fixing the issue ASAP.

Same problem here exactly.. I can’t edit the forms and no submissions are showing up in the admin..

Do you have a quick fix for the issue till the update date?
