Oh, I’m very sorry, just forgot to update the wordpress on that server… updated now to WordPress 7.0.2, activation of SeatReg was then possible without any problem. Case is solved then. Thanks.
Thank you very much for this fast reply. It’s how I thought it might be. I will make some tries with different designs, but you are right, it might be confusing for customers. Usually we use standard seating plans as they can easily be defined in your great plugin. It’s just one event without seats…. and for this we will certainly find a solution. Thanks again. We will be happy to donate.

Resending from the admin site shows empty email fields, too.
I had a look at the database (using phpmyadmin), there are the fields empty as well.
Names with german Umlaut, apostrophes etc. works fine so far.
Problem is that I cannot reproduce the error. I tried it with two different installations on two different servers. Would it make sense to try to change the php version? (I am not really familiar with php…)
