I would also like to report the same issue. When the search box opened from search icon, it would be hidden as soon as tapped inside the search box to type something.
I hope team Customify would resolve the issue soon.

I am enjoying your theme. There is a issue… sub menu (drop down) is not consistence (back-ground color, hover, font color etc) with 0 level menu setting. I hope this simple functionality would be updated soon.
