If I update the wooCommerce plugin, will I lost everything we customized? and if yes, can I just disable the Google Sit kit and get the report and then again activate Google Sit kit? Will I lose any data in this process?

So, I have to repeat this process every time I need the report? or is there any other way to fix it?
