Maybe you can try to use IOSEC as a native PHP Module.
In this video, IOSEC used as a PHP module, not a wordpress plugin.

The other plugin which uses reCAPTCHA might be the root cause of this issue.
Try to deactivate it. If IOSEC works, disable reCAPTCHA support for IOSEC or just use unified reCAPTCHA code for both of the plugins.

This plugin is for WordPress and PHP scripts. This is not a solution for your case.
Now v.1.5 supports file exclusion.
Sorry for the delay. This issue is fixed now. You can remove and install your plugin to get over this issue.
