1 Single Page gets interrupted while I can view all others

Just installed. Changed the values of $interval and $conection_limit both to “2”. I can navigate my website fine except for one single page which locks up every time I view it regardless of the time span between clicks.

I had to disable the plugin so that our website could be viewed error free. I used both Google Chrome and IE to test and both browsers encountered the same block for this single page.
