We are sorry that you feel this way, but it is free and affordable for small businesses.
At this time, we have close to 10,000 WooCommerce customers – most of them for free:
1. For small traffic/starting sites (up to 50 products/100 searches) it is FREE
It is clearly noted in BOLD on the first paragraph of the overview. In addition, we provide a 30 day free trial – more than twice the norm in the industry.
2. For larger stores, plans start at $14.99 per month, which is ridiculously cheap for high end search, product recommendations, and navigation plug-in.
3. InstantSearch+ is a lightning fast cloud-based hosted service that comes with operational costs and support costs – so not everyone can get a free plan.As we noted earlier, the vast majority of our customers are using it for free. And those who pay appreciate the high quality of product and service for an affordable cost.
