Maybe you will understand the language better but from what I understand it is:
params.fajrAngle = 18
params.ishaAngle = 17
params.adjustments = PrayerAdjustments(fajr: 0, sunrise: -7, dhuhr: 5, asr: 5, maghrib: 8, isha: 1)
Maybe? It seems that there is a consensus towards the end
