I verified your website at my end and the menu is coming out fine. On the top header on your mobile you will see the black lined background with three white lined icon. Clicking on that icon reveals your mobile menu.
Let me know, if you are able to find it.
Else send me the screenshot of your mobile screen or tell me which mobile are you using and I will check with that at my end.

In reply to: [ColorWay] No 'Theme Option' in 'Appearance' tabYou need to download and install “Options Framework” WordPress Plugin to see the Themes Options Panel.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/options-framework/Earlier it was packed in the theme itself.
However, based on WordPress.org Theme reviewers recommendations we have dropped that packaged plugin from the theme.
Now you will see a notification to install the “Options Framework” WordPress plugin in the theme. It needs to be installed separately. Installing the plugin will make the theme options panel reappear in the ColorWay Theme as earlier.

The ColorWay Theme is our most popular theme and comes with the container with default.
You can hide the default container by writing your own custom CSS. However, I personally don’t recommend that from our end.

The latest version of ColorWay updates the theme and extends the width of the page slightly and increases the font size as well.
If you wish to go to the older version of the ColorWay Theme, download the older version from the themes SVN and downgrade back by installing the theme again from the WordPress dashboard.

There had been a bug in the Theme Options Panel which don’t allowed upload to work in the latest WordPress Version.
We have fixed the issue in the latest version of the ColorWay Theme. So you can download or update to the latest ColorWay Theme and the issue will be resolved automatically.

Here is the right process to do it.
The top header in ColorWay Theme allows fullwidth banner on the top. So you can create a fullwidth banner which has your logo on the left and address or other contact details on the right.
Let me know if you have any further issues.

In reply to: [Start Point] it makes my web brokenStartPoint meets all the quality guidelines to make it efficient and fast. Infact the whole theme size is mere 900kb which makes it one of the lightest one page theme with all the really cool effects on the whole WordPress.org directory.
I don’t really seem to understand when you say, You can’t change back to your another theme because your other theme is broken and that’s why you decided to give this particular theme 1 star.
