You can set permalink structure for posts from Settings > Permalinks. After activation of this plugin, you can find page permalink option from Settings > Page Permalink Extension.

It’s not a scam. As NPCI does not allow to use their API to fetch and verify the transaction, so it is not possible to add some check before the last step. Please check all faqs before giving this type of wrong reviews.

WP Last Modified Info and WP Auto Republish are separate plugin. No features are shared between them.
Google generally shows the date, which actually directed to show Google.
No, it will not republish all at a time. It will republish one by one following the rule set in plugin settings.

I think I get the issue. OK, I will try to fix this issue in the next version. In the meantime, please use v1.7.3 of this plugin.
And, missing red color text is the css issue. Please fix that with proper CSS class or ID.
Btw, which AMP plugin you are currently using? and by which method you are currently showing the last modified info on frontend?
