It seems that Razorpay has updated their API recently and it is the issue from their end. Please contact Razorpay to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, please use Webhook to capture the payment automatically.

Assuming that you have 90 days or more old posts, could you please change the random republish interval to any value less than 4 hours?
