You’re right. I had a plugin redirecting to a broken login page .
I login from the frontend and then able to access the wp-admin.

I did that and I can see the frontend. But it seems that I still can’t access the /wp-admin. Is there anything else needed to be changed?
I’ll try to see if a plugin cause it.
Does the TwentyTen will be activated automatically or is there an option that we need to turn on (before the crash happen)?
Because in my case, after deleting the active theme, the TwentyTen is not auto activated (which I confirm exist via ftp).
