ok i think this some kind of 3.5.1 bug
hope you all will fix it sooni dont recommend other to upgrade to 3.5.1 because i myself just downgrade my version to 3.4.2
better version i feel

and finally i reupload manually all the 3.5.1 file to my server
and wala that came upshould i downgrade the version?
