Yes I had the same problem except that in addition I cannot re-install the plug in. I have posted on a forum and had no answer – any help anyone can offer would be greatly received.
I was able to upgrade to 3.8 but I completely lost my Breezing Forms plug in and cannot re-install it as WordPress says the folder already exists but I cannot access it.
Therefore I have lost my Application Form on my website, how can I resolve this?
