I find another way. I commented the whole plugin file.

wp tells you how to do this when you read the wp-admin/plugins page 🙂
Broken plugins can be deactivated by deleting the plugin files from wp-content/plugins/
In other words, use an ftp client, and delete the plugin file(s).
But how to disable. Nothing is working now. Only giving this error.
