Thanks for help. The CSS code is working now. Also, I found an option in my theme where I can hide the cart icon on all devices. Still, I have one more question: is it possible to write a PHP code which hides the cart icon only on mobile devices when the cart is empty?

Thank you @skalanter, I’ve found it. The problem was with width settings. When I changed width sidebar on 30% and width content to 70% everything came back to normal.
