As I though the issue was extremely easy and got ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH A THEME VENDOR. It is actually another WordPress glitch which comes up as soon as you move your website to another web hotel/server and you use an own theme. All you need to do to make your theme working as it should is to activate some other theme and then activate your custom theme again. That being said 🙂
Just in case if it can help anyone else I found that there is something wrong with permalinks. As soon as I change to default everything works as it should. I suspect it might be so that the new server does not fully support permalinks. Themes that does not work with Post Names option contain posts.

Yes, I definately can contact the developers but it just seems that the issue should be easy to fix.
Yes, each page refers to its own template.
OK, I did, what next?The theme was developed by a third party based on basic one. I have not touched any code yet.
