I need help with a plugin issue. The plugin isn’t working and fails to download reviews. I’ve clicked ‘retrieve reviews’ twice, but there has been no success; the number of reviews remains the same as two months ago—112 reviews. I’ve updated the plugin, but this hasn’t resolved the issue.
