Checking your profile, we couldn’t find any topic started using it within NextGen Gallery support forum neither at least a reply written to an existing thread.
It is also unfair to say that we restrict free NextGen Gallery users from getting support and more than that – we daily monitor the forum replying to threads.
We also allow free users submit direct tickets without asking them purchase a plan if that’s a question that doesn’t imply premium features.
As for the documentation, we have an extensive documentation for NextGen Gallery features that you can find at https://www.imagely.com/docs/category/nextgen-gallery/introduction-nextgen-gallery/

We have released an update for Plus that resolves this GDPR problem.
Hi @ignace72,
Sounds like a good feature request so we’ll go ahead and register it.
The only things to mention is that’d require PHP 8.1 at the minimum and GD must be compiled with support enabled). It would be a lot like WebP though; it can’t be used with WHCC and we can’t write metadata to it when dynamically generating images.Sure. You can download older versions of NextGen Gallery from https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/advanced/
Thanks. None of these seem to point directly to NGG or EC plugins. Also, we couldn’t replicate it on our testing sites while having both NGG and EC enabled.
You can reach the support team directly at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ and we’ll have a direct look at it.
Hi @bluestseel,
Thanks for going with the basic conflict troubleshooting. Let’s also enable WP Debug from your site’s
wp-config.phpto see if that’ll allow you get a full path of the file that conflicts. It actually works but NextGen caches its views so you’ll have to either wait for it to clear by itself after some time or refresh the page adding
?1to the URL as below to force NextGen reload the view:https://vvzkapelle.be/media/fotoboek/?1

Try using:
ini_set('display_errors','Off'); ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL ); define('WP_DEBUG', false); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);By the way, that’s not a error but just a non functionally affecting warning that you can hide by deactivating WP Debug mode from your site’s wp-config.php file.
What lightbox effect do you use?
Thanks @sibtig,
Could you please let us know how many items the album includes? It doesn’t look like we could replicate the error while using a PHP 8.x version so I am wondering if you’ve also tried to verify for a conflict by temporarily deactivating the other plugins then testing again.
Hi @sibtig,
Could you please let us know what do you mean by “Move Albums”. We don’t have such a setting in NextGen Gallery.
Hi @bassbaer,
If you use plus – that’s going to be fixed once with the plugin update that’s scheduled for the upcoming weeks.
