@ochope Late reply, I’m getting the same thing and I think it’s to do with my security plugin. I use iThemes Security Pro and when it blocks a user it throws a simple “error” screen, just the word and nothing else.
For me, I think this error is being cached, I’ve not figured out how to fix for this, but it’d be interesting to see if you also have this (or a similar) plugin installed.
Damn, didn’t realise about db-error.php…. my bad.
