Should I make some changes to php.ini or httpd.conf on my localhost to can see properly from mobile device?

In reply to: [Twenty Fourteen] Mobile problemMaibe you can’t acces because I’m from Romania, but on desktop it’s ok.
When I get browse on mobile device (I tried with Samsung Galaxy S3) I get that problem.
I had clear cache from Google Chrome, I had installed FireFox and Dolphin Browser to find if that is from Google Chrome cache but the problem persists.I will put it on my dedicated webserver and I’ll come with another post to get help 🙂
