Actually i have installed plugin that have similiar way. When they tried to reset the password, this page will appear http://prnt.sc/udn3bt and my plugin show the mail was sent without any exceptions http://prnt.sc/udn4b8. They also have checked their spam/junk mailbox but found nothing

In another case, if the user finsih filling up all required registration form, they will receive a welcome mail and there are no problems at all and the plugin says the same thing as being shown on previous attachment

I have tried another ways like deactivate all plugins except this one but seems nothing changed

I mean the users doesn’t receive any emails after they input their email on form
