I don’t have any plugin that does this. Here is the list of my plugins:
Colissimo, WooCommerce, WooPayments, Complianz, Elementor, Elementor Pro, GTranslate, Imagify, Ocean, PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, Pinterest for WooCommerce, WP Rocket, WPCode Lite, WPFront Scroll Top, and Yoast SEO.
Only the products with PPOM have the price modified, and this happens only in Canada. I don’t understand why.

I have to say that it works on other pages because the shipping section is displayed in the same column, with the title at the top and the options below.
However, on the checkout page, the shipping section is split into two columns: one for the title and another for the options. The column for the options is too narrow, making it difficult to read.
