I just checked your ssl info; I found you have missed the last part of CERTIFICATE CHAIN. It means you might make a mistake when your generate your ca-bundle.crt. You need to generate the bundle in correct order again.
The command with order should be :
cat YourDomain.crt COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt > YourDomain-ca-bundle.crt
Then your SSLCertificateChainFile direction to YourDomain-ca-bundle.crt.
