In my case it’s not even expanding on the post edit page, it’s just a name bar. Hueman theme. Newest wordpress.
I have the same issue. It hapened right after I connected CF7 with Captcha. Now there is no captcha – [recaptcha] removed in all my forms but the integration is still valid and it’s not possible to send anything. When captcha integration is reversed then forms send just fine.
